Obtain
energy
- Fruits such as dates, figs, apricots, and peaches contain
complex carbohydrates which when digested, produce
energy-rich nutrients. To convert these nutrients into usable energy
(calories), the body requires oxygen, water, proteins, minerals
and vitamins. We must obtain enough of these to make
energy available to our bodies,
it is that simple.

Secure
your energy
- In order to obtain all the elements needed to turn
food into energy, variety in your diet is what makes
possible that all the necessary nutrients are
present. The trick is to pay attention to color: the more
food colors in your diet, the more variety,
and the better the chance that you get all the necessary
nutrients.

Stimulate your circulation
- Optimum nutrient and
oxygen circulation is achieved by having strong cardiovascular
and pulmonary systems, and aerobics are the perfect exercise
for enhancing these systems.
Walking,
dancing, climbing, and/or swimming on a regular basis
are good, energizing activities.
Manage your energy
- Mental attitude affects energy level too. Listening to good music, taking
a bath or a shower, watching comedies, zipping tea, taking
a walk in a beautiful garden, listening to
the sounds of rain and laughing for no reason are ways to
stay energized. |

Make
your energy available - Water is
necessary for almost all bodily processes and movements that require
energy; fatigue is the result of dehydration. When you wait until you
are thirsty to drink water, as many people do, you have waited too long.
Your body is forced to let you know that it has reached its water
threshold, causing stress and lack of energy.
