Our website is based on professionalism, extensive
training and twenty years of fitness teaching experience. The
director has managed and taught a multifaceted fitness program
for over twenty years. She has a Masters degree in
Physiological Chemistry and professional experience in
dance and movement to music. Her expertise includes teaching
people of all ages, and she has been certified by national
fitness organizations. She makes use of her extensive science,
art and fitness background to continuously develop quick and
effective health-promoting resources.
